SGPC has appointed a 5 member committee to oppose the death sentence awarded to Devender Pal Singh Bhullar and the rejection of Mercy Petition by the President Pratibha Patil.

This committee will work under the supervision and legal advise of Mr. H S Phoolka, Senior Advocate
