Sajjan Kumar case : Karkardooma Court Judge Sunita Gupta, ASJ, adjourns Delhi Cantt. case to 30th August, waiting for the Supreme court verdict for Supreme Court verdict on 27th, and adjourns Sultanpuri case to 6th September.

A revision petition was filed on behalf of the victim Lakhwinder Kaur against the clean chit given by the CBI to Jagdish Tytler. In the said revision petition CBI has filed its reply and relied upon some document stating that on the basis on these documents clean chit was given to Tytler
The case was listed today before Shri V. K. Khanna, ASJ, Karkardooma Courts. Mr. H.S. Phoolka appearing on behalf of the victims argued that the CBI had not supplied the copies of the documents on basis on which clean chit has been given to Tytler.
An application was filed on behalf of Lakhwinder Singh seeking directions to the CBI to supply these documents. The court has directed the CBI to file reply to this application and has listed the case for arguments on 23rd October 2010.
