  1. no words to say .you have done a lot and still doing. how the “so called indians or sikh panth “will pay for your efforts. There are many cheap and self made brother-leaders in Delhi itself, that dont know where to go and how to reach there, still they think they can shit through their mouth. They only do this to get cheap popularity to please their so called fathers like tytler. kamalnath, sajjan kumar..etc. , etc. , and etc. Even they dont know how many more there are ?? As advised by Sri Akal Takhat Sahib you please continue for humanity cause as “PRIDE OF LIONS NEVER CARE FOR BARKING DOGS”Once u see towards them they disappear, still feel honored that lion has looked at them. All the true indians are with you.Sikh panth feel proud of you.
A BIG APPLAUSE FOR UR REWARD PAYING EFFORTS !!!!!!!!

  2. Sardar Phoolka: You are a true Sikh hero! You have inspired me, and I am sure many others, to continue to fight for jwhat is right regardless of the obstacles that face us. You have taught all Sikhs a ‘life lesson’ and at our lowest point you have been the light to show us the way. May Waheguru bless you! Thank You.

  3. dear sir

am from visakhapatnam (andhra pradesh) and have been following Mr Phoolka’s remarkable crusade against the forces who indulged in the 1984 anti Sikh genocide. his book is a truly outstanding effort and also his sacrifice in bringing out the truth. recently i heard that he has withdrawn from the court cases over the derogatory comments passed by paramjit singh sarna. i want to contact him and ask him to continue his effort and if there is anything that i can do i would be glad to do so. as a Hindu i feel very hurt and upset on the kind of atrocities committed on Sikhs in those fateful days leaving a blotch on the basic human values itself which as Indians we so proudly gloat. i was a young kid myself playing with my colony mates on the day after our former Pm’s assassination and there were a few rallies by the supporters of congress shouting indiraji zindabad and something like that…one of my fellow playmate was a young Sikh and i remember myself and a couple of my friends immediately escorted him to his house, the awareness coming from the news of what was happening in Delhi. of course my place visakhapatnam is a very peaceful place and no incident has happened all these years except a few stray small incidents but we humans are so frail and weak and can be influenced by politicians and the intolerant. anyway, i would like to call Mr phoolka and congratulate him and also offer my help in any way i can. maybe a bit of funding etc. can u kindly let me know his number.

    regards

  5. Dear Mr Phoolka,

I salute your hard work and dedication, devotion and the relentless way you have moved things forward.

I am a law graduate from the UK, and I want to help. There are many of us in the UK who feel the same, we just have no idea what to do. We need guidance. We want to help you bring justice to the families who were destroyed over those 4 days.

I am going to leave messages for you wherever I can, in the hope that you will email me back.

With the USA ‘encouraging’ India’s permanent place within the United Nations, we need to bring this back into the worlds media.

I look forward to hearing from you

  6. Saradar Harvinder Singh Phoolka u r truley a hero…..keep the good work on…..
we feel an mixture feeling of anger and pity on our judicary and whole system as well as on congress party…….such long time and no one has been punished till now……we dont believe on such justice that come when the accused are alreay dead due to natural cause…….such basterds should be handed over to the surviving victims of Anti Sikh Riots …..and that will be the best justice done to them…

you should get published the Report “Who are the Guilty?” and distribute the copies among the public……..and that will act as an eye-opener to the young generation.

  7. Really, u have taken up the cudgels of following up cases of victims upto the highest seat of judiciary.

Coming generations will remember you as a HERO of Sikhs, who has served the true cause of Sikhs even though facing lot of challenges from the Goondas, Thugs, of the Congress Party mainly occupying positions of power in the very heart of Delhi.

You are the only Lion in the Jungle of Cowards, who is fearless and these bastards are after their Power Seats. D-Day for these so called perpetrators of Sikh Massacres is very near and if we have been denied Justice in this world. God is there sitting above and will do justice to these Goondas of Congress Party. TAPO RAJ RAJO NARAK……

  8. I JUST NOW COMPELTED YOUR BOOK ‘WHEN A TREE SHOOK DELHI’ IT WAS A MASTER PIECE AND A EYE OPENER OF DARK PART OF INDIAN DEMOCRACY, NO. OF TIMES I HAD TEARS IN MY EYES WHILE READING THE BOOK, INCEDENTS WERE REALLY SHOCKING. I SALUTE YOUR EFFORTS TO HELP VICTIMS I THINK NOT ONLY SIKHS EVERY INDIAN SHOULD READ IT ………….

  9. You my friend are a scholar and an inspiration. You motivate and inspire me dually, as a Sikh and as a lawyer. Your selfless acts may seem to have gone unnoticed in this life but you have sowed the seed of peace in many lives to come.

If there ever was a contemporary leader and crusader for justice within the Sikh community, it is you. May you inspire justice and peace within the Sikh and legal communities for generations to come.

  11. This message was sent to Sr jarnail singh ji to his facebook account and i am forwarding to you also and i request you to please let us(sikh youth) stand with you to give you strength and support to send these panth dokhis to there destination “HELL”

    sat sri akal veer ji

I am kartar singh from delhi and I have heard about your next program you are going to start in november with Sr H.S Phoolka sahab . i request you to please add me as a friend on facebook . i want to be a part of this fight against injustice and the physical torture which we have gone through in the black days of 1984 and still we are into a continous mental torture which is given to us by this judiciary system and some of these panth dokhis . when ever i see these peoples on net or any source of media i feel really bad for our 3000+ gursikhs who lost their lives for no reason i want to draw your attention that this figure is not the actual figure. we have to campaign and find out the actual figure which will be much more than the government white paper figure and we have to let sikh community know about all the culprits of riots which were not shown on any type of media Except sajjan kumar and jagdish tytler. this word RIOT is not the right word bcoz riot is defined as when two group of people fight and die but in this case we were butchered and our sisters and mothers were gang raped by the mob in all over india . please allow me to be a part of this fight and we have to fight till we hear the words for tytler and sajjan kumar from the judge ” TO BE HANGED TILL DEATH ”

  12. Respected Mr. Phoolka ji,

I have great respect for you. I am very young software engineer working in US.. I am from Andhra Pradesh. But I am very interested in History and public policy. I also appeared for civils. That aside, I happened to listen to you on a debate in one of the news channels and that prompted me to study the whole ’84 riots.
Whenever I read them, I feel heavy sir. And When I read about you, You gave me inspiration that even if you are one, when your cause is just and right, that one is good enough for thousands. Your relentless perseverance in these cases for free of cost is something I keep telling my friends..Sitting here I may not be able to do anything that might help you sir..But just wanted to tell you that I will sincerely pray for Justice for these victims. Just wanted to say I am with you morally in this.

If you are in US, please free to come and live at my place sir. My No : 508-415-0049
